Tried resetting my password recently (after forgetting it) to get into the EE app on an iphone 11.
I entered my email adress and clicked the reset password link.
I was taken to a screen that said a passcode had been sent to my email adress. There was a space for entering the code.
I had to navigate away from this screen to check my emails for the code. I copied the code.
On returning to the EE app I instantly saw the ‘enter passcode’ screen disappear so I was unable to enter the code to get to the change password screen. Tried severa times. As it happens I eventually was able to recall my original password but I am conscious that this feature is not working should I forget my password again.
