Regarding the my order for iPhone 14pro Max

Myself Anu Varghese. I ordered a iPhone 14 pro max through online on 6th October with the order number XKOXXXXXXXXX as monthly payment scheme with the new connection. Today i received the Sim but i didn't get the mobile. I try to track the order but unfortunately i couldn't find that. If you don't mind please don't hesitate to help me. Thank you

I would say try and and call EE and see what’s happening there.
