My new iphone 11 keeps loosing network signal and says “no service” 

I’ve checked all the data settings, turned phone on and off, updated iPhone, airplane mode on and off but still nothing. 
Does anyone know the solution?

Your phone's data settings will have nothing to do with it losing network signal. Losing coverage will affect calls, text & data.

Is this problem happening in one specific location - and if so, do any other EE users have issues there?

If it's not location-specific, there's a possibility of a device fault.

The signal in the area is strong, my wife’s on EE with no issues.
