Hello, I have been using my EE sim for over a year now and recently I get constant notifications that my sim is not working. It would flash as no signal or no sim available. I tried to remove the sim and re insert again but same problem happens. I even tried to insert the sim in other phone and still it’s showing like that.

You need to order a replacement sim with sounds of it. You can do this in the my EE app or if you like ring CS and explain to them and they should be able to sort you out.

Welcome to the community. 

@Gareth43 is right, I would recommend trying a replacement SIM. 

You can get a replacement by either giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store with photo ID. 

Should you choose to visit a store you will receive your new SIM on the day.

Hi Katie, 

I am experiencing the same problem with my SIM card. I’m currently travelling and won’t be back in the UK until June. Are you able to set me up on an E-sim as there is no way of getting a new sim card to me…

I hope you're having an amazing time travelling. 

Unfortunately we don't ship to non UK addresses and would recommend activating any SIM whilst in the UK using the EE home network. 

Is it possible for any dirt to have got into your SIM tray?

When did you start seeing this error?
