I was messaging a agent about my upgrade order and not received confirmation

I put my upgrade through today and I haven’t received my order confirmation for my iPhone 12 pro max, why is this?

Were you given an order reference number to track your order online when you upgraded?

 

Did you ask for the confirmation to be sent to your email address?

No she just said that she was sending me my order confirmation to my email address that I had confirmed with her but I haven’t received anything no order reference number or anything

Could you check your junk/spam folders to make sure the email hasn't gone there?
