Havent received confirmation email

I made an order this morning for a s24 and the guy on the phone said I passed all check and said at the end of the call that the order was successfully placed. (But I haven't received a confirmation email) what should I do?

Thanks for coming here. 

When placing an order over the phone you may not receive a confirmation email. 

Once the order has been dispatched this will show the new plan in your EE app and DPD will be in touch with tracking details 🙂
