Hi @pgriffinuk1

Are you sending the repair off through the EE Store? If so, they'll be able to give you a replacement SIM or eSIM there and then. Once you get your phone back, they'll be able to give you another eSIM for that.

Chris

Hi @Christopher_G

I am not sending it off to EE. It is a sim only deal I have with EE.

Ah, OK thanks @pgriffinuk1

What kind of phone are you sending for repair, and what kind of phone will you be using temporarily?

Chris

Thank you @Christopher_G

I will be sending an iPhone 13 Pro off for a charging repair

I will temporarily be using an iPhone SE 2nd gen (2020)

Good stuff, @pgriffinuk1

You should be able to transfer the eSIM through the 'quick start' setup on the iPhone. There are some instructions here on our 'What is an eSIM?' help page under the replacement section.

Chris

Thanks @Christopher_G

Unfortunately as the main phone cannot be charged it seems the temporary phone doesn’t allow that method of transfer!!

Ah, OK @pgriffinuk1

In that case, you may need to order a replacement SIM either through our Mobile Care team, or in your nearest EE Store.
