I am trying to consolidate the two apple IDs I have to one. All going well expect that Apple music, which I have as a perk for my mobile contract, says that it is tied to another apple ID (the old one which I am trying to phase out). How can this be changed?
Apple support seems to indicate it sits with EE.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.
I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can help with this. You may need to remove the Apple Music benefit so that you can register it again with a different Apple ID.
