Can I increase rings on iPhone SE20?

I have a pay as you go iPhone SE20 which rings four times before going to voicemail.  I would like to increase the rings to six.  Is this possible?

Sorry, it isn't possible to increase the default time of 20 seconds before a call is diverted to voicemail.
