I purchased a data plan for my Apple Watch, which will not load and never has since I started paying for it 4 months ago! Keeps saying it’s not compatible with the data plan I have purchased, and that I need to resync my watch and set up as ‘set up as family member’ spoke to tech support assured me I’m on the right plan told me to reset my watch back to factory settings and it will load. It hasn’t.. they have advised to keep trying to sync it or come on here for suggestions… can anyone help!

Do you have a pay monthly account and using an iPhone?
