Apple TV smart benefit stopped working

Hi,

My Apple TV smart benefit has stopped working 1 month after initial activation. Still showing as active in the EE app but when I open the Apple TV app it just points me towards starting a new subscription…

any ideas?

Solved! Customer Care pointed me in the direction of Apple.

after much testing, checking, they suggested I did latest update to 15.2, amazingly that appears to be all it was, Apple TV now appears to be working on all of my devices again. Who knew!!

Hi,

 

yep still experiencing it today.

 

when I go to settings > subscriptions>EE plan benefits I get a pop up message saying my mobile plan doesn’t include subscriptions to apple services.

 

To make it even stranger apple

music seems to be working fine (my other smart benefit)

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, does Apple TV show as your Smart Benefit?

Yes, it does, Apple Music is still working.
