Apple TV smart benefit stopped working

Hi,

My Apple TV smart benefit has stopped working 1 month after initial activation. Still showing as active in the EE app but when I open the Apple TV app it just points me towards starting a new subscription…

any ideas?

Hi @Jaws2,

 

Are logged in with the same Apple ID on the device which is showing the error message?

Yes, was working fine, doesn’t work on any device, fire stick, Sky Q, devices etc

Solved! Customer Care pointed me in the direction of Apple.

after much testing, checking, they suggested I did latest update to 15.2, amazingly that appears to be all it was, Apple TV now appears to be working on all of my devices again. Who knew!!

Same is happening to me shows I have the add on until June 2023 yet apple say subscribe. I am already updated to latest software

Is your software up to date? 

Are you using the same iCloud log ins you registered for Apple TV?

Yes all up to date and using logins I registered with apple tv
