my phone has stopped connecting to wifi when I'm out of the house. When I get home I get all my messages and notifications at once?

Hi @colin6969

Thanks for coming here.

Do you have signal showing when you leave home?

Is there another WiFi network you usually connect to away from home?

Leanne 🙂

@colin6969  Is cellular data enabled for those apps ?   Wi-Fi and cellular data are two different types of internet connection.

Sounds more like your phone has stopped connecting to the EE mobile network while you are out the house but is connecting to your Home BB when you get back. Had you been connecting to the EE mobile network while you are out you would have got your messages and notifications on-the-fly.

Do you have your Mobile Data setting set to ON on your phone?
