phone keeps going to voice mail.  It is not on dnd and I am not sure what to do next.  It is very inconvenient as my mother is ill at present and I need my phone more than ever

How long have you had this problem? Have you tried restarting the phone?

I am constantly restarting the phone and it will only last for 1 call.  I have had this for about 4 weeks and now it will also only charge to 85% then stop.  It is very frustrating

I would recommend getting in touch so a full diagnostics can be completed.
