Unlocking phone

I ordered an upgrade on my phone yesterday. I asked for it to be unlocked so I can sell it on,  I was told to do it on line with myee. I have tried a few times, same error message comes up saying that they can't find it. when I put the other IEMI number in, Iphone 12 shows up? Its a Samsung S20. So have no clue how to get this unlocked. Any suggestions?

Is it not already unlocked?

 

Have you tried it with another sim?

I actually spoke to someone and they did it for me in ee, not checked yet as still waiting on my new phone to arrive. But thanks for the response
