Data limit reached in 7 days!

Hi, there!

For the first time in years I have received a warning that I have reached my data limit.

But in 7 days?

I am not aware that I have changed anything.

What could have caused this, please?

Sorry if it is a stupid question.

Hi @suenic

Why do you believe you're at your data limit?

Have you received a message from EE or a notification on your phone?

How much data does your plan have?

Thanks for getting back to me!

I received a message from 1024 saying that I have used it all and renewal date is 15 July.  My allowance is 40GB.

Well that is quite a lot of data to use up in a week then!

What sort of phone do you have? Some phones show your data usage in the settings, so you can see if one app has used a lot of data.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
