@Miliie09 is that via warranty or via an insurance claim ? under warranty you’ll have it repaired under an insurance claim you’ll be sent a refurbished device.

Same issue as last time on opening the device crack down the middle which cost me £115 to fix of samsung now 6 months later same issue crack on opening ,when ready comments i think samsung has issues with the fold phones. And i have another year left on contract. I have no insurance and regret having to pay again for the same issue.
