My Samsung galaxy s21 ultra screen has gone black the phone is on as its vibrating 

 

Anyone has any suggestions or does anyone know of the shops are open bank holiday Monday

Can you hold down the power button and volume down for 10 seconds until the device restarts? 

 

Have you dropped your device or has it got wet?
