Oppo A72 and ring doorbell

Hi, I have recently upgraded to oppo A72 but can not get it to work with my ring doorbell. Anyone else had this issue? I can hear the visitor but I cant talk back through the device, the microphone is on but just hear a buzzing sound. Doorbell works fine with other phones.

@Karen77stock   You might want to contact ring about this as it’s their app your using   You’ll probably find a report an issue within the ring app.

Already have and they say it is a problem with the phone as it isn't a true
android? They have told me to contact my provider but not sure how they
will help.

@Karen77stock   But they’re supposed to configure it for every version android that their App could be put on.  It’s their app that’s not working correctly on your device.   

You need to bring this up on THIS forum.
