Hi I ordered online a new s22 with trade In and it says in advert on app you can claim free galaxy earbuds ? Is this true as I can't seem to find out how to do this, can someone please help

Not sure if you found out the answer to your question but you should get a link to claim your buds. I didn't get one so rang them and they sent the link. Everyone who pre orders are entitled to claim free buds 

If it's anything like previous years, you have to wait until you have the new phone in your hand. Previously, you went on to the Samsung Members App where there is a form to fill in (you need things like the IMEI and your pre-order confirmations from EE). That goes straight to Samsung, and then it's a few weeks and they'll arrive with you. I think you'll get a text or something when the new contract is activated.

What do you pur for the claim reference number?

If not, you won't have a claim reference number to track the order.

Thanks Leanne, I've managed to get my claim in. I was also meant to get a free screen protector/case with my order as well but that hasn't arrived. Do I need to claim for that too or request it separately?
