I have returned my old mobile phone and have proof device was delivered last week. However I have had 2 texts and two emails chasing for the phone since it was delivered saying I am going to be charged over £200 a month as phone not received.
In the email it says if you have a problem reply to this address but it is a no reply address.
Are these just auto messages as phone not due until 11th Jan.
