Phone restarting

My Samsung A53 keeps restarting randomly while I'm using it.  It is becoming more and more frequent, currently 6-7 times per day. How do I stop this from happening? Thanks

Does this happen when you are using a particular app or can this happen at anytime?

Is the software up to date?
