This morning I had a Notice on my Phone Stating that EE Found a Bug in Phone and to click on notice to remedy the problem.  I did this as it looked safe and now I can't get my z flip to open up.

Hello @CarmenG659 ,

Welcome to the community,

That was obviously a spam sent to you. You will now have to factory reset your phone. EE would never send such a message, as they would not know what is on your phone, so I strongly advise you to factory reset, you should be able to find how to do it if you have no idea, on line somewhere.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I am sure the Samsung UK's website repair/support/community will have some further information on how to factory rest.

@CarmenG659   I would also change any saved passwords you have on your device.   This includes all app passwords.  Especially banking apps.
