New contract same sim and number

I completed my upgrade yesterday in Monmouth and completed the set up at home following the instructions. However since putting my sim in from my previous phone I have had "not registered on network" when trying to call. Bars are coming up on my phone but no calls or texts, plus no data to use. I am unable to phone 150 due to this and have no other phone to use.
