Hi,

I'm struggling with my phone. Network coverage is apparently good but my phone says network unavailable. 

This means when I try to make, receive any calls it is doing this as a WiFi call and while I can hear other people no one can hear me. 

Phone has been on and off, removed SIM to check for dust or anything and replaced, disconnected and reconnected WiFi 

It's a google pixel if that makes any difference 

What else should I try as there is no way to contact ee other than by phone and as they won't be able to hear me I don't think that will be productive.

Does the status checker show any reported problems for the area, if you select 'Check Status'?

Thanks, I've checked status and it says area is all good. I'd only done the
coverage one before but have set up an alert for my area now in case of
issues.

There is a fairly new phone mast only few 100m from my house now that is
part ee so I should have good service generally.

I've been turning airplane mode on and off as that has been another tip but
nothing seems to be making a difference.

@LouV28   Did you use the report a problem on that page ?  

Yeah I've reported on the website so hopefully that'll help. Just been
couple of days so trying to fix it if I can.
