Is note 10 from metrofone unlocked?

My EE contract is ending and I am moving to another provider.

I purchased the phone, a note 10 +, through Metrofone, and was wandering if it would be unlocked?

I've looked on their website but can't find any info about this.

Any help would be appreciated.

It should be. If it is recently, Ofcom has banned new phones being sold locked to a network since Dec.

Unless you bought it with a network's airtime plan it should still be unlocked. Go & ask them or try another network's SIM in it.

@Dondo12 It will be probably locked and you’ll need to request it to be unlocked. Please have a read of THIS
