I have netflix embedded on my ee broadband tv. How do i access it on my tablet

This link does not explain what to do if you do not have an existing Netflix account. There was no link to activate it in the confirmation email and we have not had one since then, only one for Discovery+

Hi @HantsLady 

Have you tried - "You can also activate it by going onto the ‘TV and Sport’ section of My EE. You’ll be asked to enter an email address and password. You’ll also get the option to upgrade your Netflix plan."

 

I don’t have an existing Netflix account. I have tried the route above but just keep getting the message that a new account can’t be set up on the app. I then go to the website to set up a new account but can’t do that without paying a monthly subscription!

@HantsLady I've replied to your separate thread about this issue.  Your account is unfortunately in a bad state, and needs to be fixed.
