How do i block a number on samsung galaxy s5

I need to block a number on my Samsung galaxy s5 but I cannot find a way in the device settings. Is it done through phone settings? Or can EE block the number for me? Please help!

@emradford  .. on my Samsung phone - open your phone call tab and view the list of  recent calls.  Tap on the number you want to block - 4 symbols appear underneath.  Tap the right hand symbol (exclamation mark).  At the bottom of the screen there is an option to block the number.  You cannot do this with a withheld or unknown number.
