Galaxy s23 Ultra video camera distortion

Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy s23 Ulta Essentials contract with EE and I've noticed a problem, 4 months in to the contract. The issue is with the camera when recording videos which happens every now and then. I've tried changing settings , but regardless of the settings the same issue occurs, where the camera will make a strange sound for a few seconds and while it's making it the video being recorded becomes distorted. While on holidays I've been making videos and have experienced this issue on every 4th or 5th video.

Does EE provide warranty coverage against something like this? Thanks

Is your handset running on the latest software?

If yes, I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking with our technical care team on 150.

The team will be able to advise you of any warranty and how you can get this resolved.
