Free Ear Buds for Motorola edge 20 Lite

I've just upgraded to a Motorola Edge 20 Lite and it was advertised as coming with free ear buds. These have not arrive with the phone - how do I get these??

I have had the same. My phone only arrived today despite ordering it back in February. and I've not received anything in relation to how to claim for the ear buds. I have clicked on the link provided within this trail and it states that it's now closed. However, the ear buds were part of the reason as to why I chose this phone, so what can I do to rectify my issue? @Katie_B

Hello @Jonesysarah830. 

 

I have just checked and claims needed to be submitted directly with Motorola before February 28th 2022. 

 

If you have missed the claim period I would recommend speaking with Motorola who the promotion was with.
