My phone only arrived today (04 Apr) despite ordering it back in February. and I've not received anything in relation to how to claim for the ear buds. I have clicked on the link provided within a previous trail and it states that it's now closed. However, the ear buds were part of the reason as to why I chose this phone, so what can I do to rectify my issue?

@Jonesysarah830, contact customer service or Motorola, not sure whether you will be able to get them, unfortunately, maybe one of the community staff will have another suggestion, as offers only run for a certain length of time.
