How do I cancel my now TV subscription

You can cancel NOW TV by logging in to your EE account online or by giving us a call.

What if you don't have an EE account because you originally signed up with BT? I've been going round and round in circles. BT sends me to Now, Now sends me to EE who asks for an account number but does not accept my BT account number. Getting close to cancelling altogether!

Are you still with BT? If so, you need to call BT to cancel. 

If you're not with BT, what are you trying to cancel @Annoyedexbt ?
