Sim issue

New sim received as old one faulty.

Inserted without problem.  No EE connection  just says emergency calls only where EE should be. I've switched off and on again but no difference.  Can't contact EE because can't use phone.

Any advice?

You will need to speak to EE regarding this. If you download Skype you can call EE on Skype free using the number below. 

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like the SIM may need to be registered. If you are able to access your EE App, there's a live chat service for pay monthly customers in the 'help' section. They may be able to help you with this.
