My SIM card is not conecting to network

Hi,

My SIM card is not connecting to EE network. I am unable to call EE as I have no coverage.

 

How can I get assistance on this?

Is this a recent problem? Is this only happening in one specific location or multiple?

Check for local service outages via the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

If necessary, you can contact EE from any working phone by using 0800 0798586

It started when I traveled on Monday. I landed in Nigeria, where I have been numerous times and used my phone, however, this time I did not receive a text message welcoming me and explaining the charges.

I traveled back to London today and the same. No message and no network coverage (mobile or data).

 

I do not have another telephone, which is why I am unable to call.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you manually search for a network in your phone settings, does EE show available? 

If not, is the SIM card pay as you go or pay monthly?
