Difficulty transferring number

Help!!! BT have just transferred me over to EE mobile and already sent me a pac code and the ee sim card arrived today.I've spent all morning trying to transfer my number but everytime I enter my pac code I'm told it's incorrect! It's not!!! So frustrated,feel like cancelling my sim contracts before I've even started! At this point if i had to rate ee then i wouldn't bother wasting my time with them!

The number transfer may have already been set up for you, to check please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.

How do i speak to someone on 150 about my phone changing from bt to ee i have the same issue

Did you provide the PAC when you requested the new EE contract?

Thanks this has now transferred over. Just need to be recognised on EE registration and billing, getting stressful
