Hi had a sim replacement yesterday. Been way over 24hours. I received a text, saying it should swuth over by 6pm, 4 hours and nothing. Turned it on and off loads. Still no luck, this is such an inconvenience. Any help. Thanks

The activation shouldn't take longer than 24 hours. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can look into this for you.
