Hi

I am currently subscribing 20 pounds data pack every month, and I have 24 pounds left in my credit balance. Is this amount automatically used to renew the data pack for next month? or is it possible to get refund the remaining balance? Thanks

@kkyu : Your £20 pack will auto renew when it expires as you have enough credit to buy it. PAYG credit is not refundable nor transferable. What you could do is stop your current pack renewing by texting STOP PACK to 150 before it expires. Then you can use the SIM for calls & texts but not data as normal PAYG at standard per-unit rates paid for out of your remaining PAYG credit balance.
