Hi there,
I'd like someone to help me clarify how can I use EE in the EU zone. Currently, I am using a pay as you go package.
Please help give me detailed processes. I plan to go on holidays for 2 weeks.
How can I activate the usage? What button on my mobile phone I have to turn on/off?
Any warnings to avoid unexpected charges?
I am worried as using internet in other cities is crucial.
Thanks all,
Por

@Por : To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
Make sure you have used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you go abroad.
