New PAYG Sime with £10 top up not showing after almost a week

I bought a new PAYG SIM with £10 top up almost a week ago. The leaflet says the £10 top up will be applied within 2 days but I checked my balance today and still £0. Do I need to do anything else?

Hi @gordon-h

Does your EE Online account or EE App show that you have an active EE Pack? It's possible the £10 top up has been used to activate the pack.
Chris

No nothing is showing in the EE App or online - only reference to the number is in my contact number. Nothing else showing anywhere. When I select 'Link a Product' is says its already linked but not showing any details.

You need to link your PAYG no. to a separate EE a/c with its own email addy login. They do not mix with contract nos.
