Leaving EE

I recently phoned up EE and cancelled my contract to a pay as you go sim. I expected to be charged the month that I had already started before I cancelled (which I was) and that's fine fair enough.

However ive logged into the myEE to check if that would be the last payment but it says the contract is set to renew at the end of the next month as well. Why is this ?

@Joel42 : PAYG isn't a contract; you PAYG. You've no need to cancel it & any such phone call would be ineffective. You just stop using it.

I expect what you are seeing is a recurring Direct Card Payment. You need to text STOP PACK to 150 to stop your pack recurring & therefore the auto payment.
