Xbox unlimited data pass

I added the new xbox with unlimited gaming data pass to my bill, this was a gift for my daughter, who doesn't live with me, how do I go about setting up the pass for her and activating it? Can she do it? She doesn't want ot linked in anyway to my account, I told her it won't, I just pay the bill!! 

Any help appreciated

You should receive a text message 14 days after purchase. It will have a link within it for you (or your daughter) to redeem the gaming pass. 🙂
