I started a new plan yesterday
unlimited Data, calls & messages, but when receiving an email with the details of the plan, it only has 100 texts and calls are not mentioned.
Since then my phone has stopped receiving and making calls, I obviously can not call EE on 150 due to this issue and have no other way to call them the “help” messaging system won’t connect me to a real person and has no clue how to help me.
please help

Is this plan a pay monthly plan?
If you text BALANCE to 150 what reports back?
