I bought a Fitbit on line from EE. I am paying monthly for it. It has stopped working. How do I find my purchase date and guarantee?

@Khh Just like any device your purchase, the paperwork that comes with it will provide information on warranty. And in the my EE app if look at active add ons you’ll find this add to plan item and it’s expiry date from this will be able to work out how long you’ve had it for because you pay for these over 11 months so you just need to back date it.
