Chrome Book Claim

I was told by an EE customer services representative to claim from Samsung promotions website, I have entered all my details and just found out that I have claimed for cashback, I don't want this, I want the chrome book. any suggestions what to do?

you can claim your free Samsung chromebook by clicking HERE

If you call Samsung promotion support on 0330 054 5341 they should be able to reject your initial claim.
