I finally ordered an upgrade as my old device finally stopped working (cannot send or receive messages/calls). I ordered an upgrade online but the dpd driver wouldn't give me the parcel as I don't have the PIN that was texted to my device. I explained that's why I ordered the new phone as I can't receive any messages.
I've tried changing my contact number on DPD to another but it won't let me. I've temporarily changed my EE contact number but have had no confirmation from EE this has been updated with DPD. Anyone have a solution? I need a pin but can't access a pin.

Its normally sent by email and available on the DPD app as well.
