iam in lebanon and i cant activate the roaming . i dont need to call . i need just to send text messages. i took addon for 200 texts for 200 days and i cant send messages . i also took 50 mb for 7 days and it works.

If you cannot activate roaming yourself, then you will have to give EE a ring, which you can do using Skype, as there is a free number:

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
