How do you adjust roaming cap set at zero when already in eu.

Thanks but as I have a zero CAP and am in EU EEblocks all my calls to UK.

Please see our How Do I Set Up and Manage Spend Cap? Help page for steps on changing the Spend Cap in your EE account, does this work for you? 

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure roaming was active for you to use the phone abroad?
