Voicemail issue

Hi all. 

I have 2 iPhones under EE in my name. Both of them are unable to access voicemail and haven’t since the start. It comes up with “unknown error” on a blank grey screen and says that calls to voicemail fail. 
I’ve tried every self help article going and none of them are working. 
Apple are saying it’s a fault with the provider, meaning EE.

Not sure where to go from here.

Can you text VM ON to 150 from both phones, what reply do you get?
