I’ve had my number for a number of years. It was originally with Orange, ported to O2 then finally back to EE. Are any of my calls routed via O2?

If the number was issued by Orange, then that would now be on an EE/TM-UK owned range. And O2 wouldn't have any involvement in call-routing.
