Is it just me or is ee phone signal poor

Hi my wife and I have joined EE this month from O2 and regretting it as signal instantly rubbish in oxford. Missing lots of calls and messages even on whatsapp!

WhatsApp is a messaging app which requires an internet connection - be that WiFi or mobile data. Voice calls require mobile network coverage or WiFi-calling.
